Asparagus season has begun again (available from April 9 at KOMAEN)! A season we (and especially our cooks) always look forward to. Because there is nothing like working with local seasonal products. And again this year our chefs have delicious dishes they would love for you to taste.
Did you know that there is a special local touch to our asparagus menu? Because we work with several suppliers from the area, which all stand for a good and better quality product. Our delicious asparagus comes from family van Gerven, the eggs are fresh from Lekker'nei and we do not work with pre-prepared products but smoke our salmon ourselves!
