The New Zealand Haka is a powerful dance form involving teamwork. Haka has become world famous through the New Zealand rugby team the 'All Blacks' who perform a form of this powerful warrior dance prior to their matches. This dance is used to make a statement and powerfully represent ideas as individuals or as a team. It is an expression of not only outer, but especially inner strength. The workshops are energetic, connecting and athletic!
