HOUSE RULES

Welcome @ CONTENT FESTIVAL

Thank you for coming to CONTENT FESTIVAL 2023! Before you enter our grounds, we advise you to be aware of our house rules. Because by entering the grounds you automatically agree to these rules. The house rules have been drawn up by Horeca Spoordonk B.V. (umbrella organization of CONTENT FESTIVAL). 

HERE ARE HOUSE RULES AND RULES OF CONDUCT TO MAKE IT A GREAT WEEKEND

1. If requested, you are required to identify yourself.
2. Cooperation in case of control or visitation mandatory.
3. Upon request, presentation of admission ticket, stamp or wristband is mandatory.
4. Alcoholic beverages will be provided only to 18-year-olds and older.
5. Entering the festival grounds is entirely at the visitor's own risk.
6. All beverages must be paid for with consumption vouchers.
7. Lost property must be turned in to us.
8. The organization is not liable for lost and/or damaged property.
9. If you lose your 18+ band, no new band will be issued. Subsequently, the rules for minors apply. 

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO

1. Possessing, using or dealing drugs.|.
2. Possessing weapons or objects that can be used as weapons.
3. Smoking inside the tent.
4. Committing theft and/or vandalism.
5. Bringing own beverages and/or food inside.
6. Harassing (forcing oneself upon) other guests.
7. Making noise in the direct vicinity of the festival.
8. Taking glasses/cups outside.
9. Consuming alcohol excessively. 

YOU WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY IF YOU

1. Are drunk.
2. Do not cooperate with checks for weapons and drugs.
3. Do not cooperate with searches.
4. Uses alcohol under the age of 18 or provides it to minors.
5. Commits fraud with wristbands.
6. Is involved in an argument or altercation.
7. Fail to comply with full entry requirements;

IN CASE OF CRIMES

1. The suspect will be stopped immediately.
2. Objects seized.
3. Police called in.
4. Reported to police.
5. Denied access indefinitely.

Fines imposed on us in case of violation will be recovered from the offender(s). It is at all times mandatory to follow instructions of the staff/security.

PHOTOS 

The organization is allowed to use photos of visitors taken during the event on social media and the website. Would you rather not have us use a photo of you? Please contact us and we will remove the photo(s) in question.
